Cancun

Brandon and I spent the end of last week and the beginning of this week in Cancun. We met up with one of Brandon's roommates from college and his wife, Dave and Laura Garner. 

Here's a little about our trip.

The first night we ate out at a loud restaurant on the water. We made ourselves comfortable and talked for hrs.

Our first full day we spent on an island right off Cancun called Isla Mujeres. We drank smoothies, ate some of the best guacamole I've ever had, and I don't even like guacamole, and then enjoyed massages on the beach.

We ate amazing crepes. I've never been a huge crepe person until I had this one. Maybe it was because I've never eaten one with strawberries, nutella, ice cream, and whipped cream. 

We sun bathed on the beach. 

We ate the best burrito and tacos I've ever had. The pictures don't quite do them justice. 

And the very last day we went deep sea fishing. That was an experience. A couple of us may have gotten a little sea sick and lost our delicious lunch but it was still enjoyable being out on the water, and getting to reel in some beautiful fish.

 We had a fantastic time and I'm looking forward to vacationing with the Garners again next year! ;)
